Our rental building is in the heart of a quiet, green street of townhouses. It is a three minute walk from the Brooklyn Academy of Music and a ten minute walk from Downtown Brooklyn. It is also a three minute walk from Atlantic Avenue subway station, one of the largest subway stations in the city that includes the 2, 3, 4, 5, B, D, N, R, and Q trains.All of the apartments in the building have three bedrooms, a living room, a dining area, and 1.5 bathrooms. Each apartment has a balcony except for the ground floor, which has exclusive use of the garden. Apartments also include individual heating systems and preparation for air conditioning in the walls.
