UPB Properties owns and manages a storage facility in the basement of a large residential building in Manhattan’s East Village. This facility offers 77 storage lockers for rent, and it is accessible at all times, directly from the apartment building’s parking garage. The storage facility is well-lit and secured using round-the-clock video surveillance, which is both recorded and monitored in real-time by the building’s 24/7 doorman. Patrons may enter the storage facility using an electronic tag key given solely to the locker owner.
