Parking Garage

UPB Properties has been manager of the parking garage on East 10th Street since 1999, during which time the company gained its reputation for professionalism and conscientiousness. The garage currently employs a single attendant, who has now been working on-site for decades. The distinct service ethic of UPB Properties, coupled with the garage’s modest size, leads to individually tailored and courteous customer service. Consequently, it comes as no surprise that a notable portion of our long-time garage customers use the facility to house their valuable and high-end luxury vehicles.

The parking garage is located in a residential apartment building in Manhattan’s East Village, on the corner of 10th Street and Fourth Avenue. It has a permanent parking capacity of 48 cars. Additionally, from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday, the garage holds additional cars at an hourly or daily rate. At other times, entrance to the garage is limited to monthly (24/7) customers, who may access the facility using an electronic key or remote control. The parking facility is secured with round-the-clock video surveillance, which is both recorded and monitored in real-time by the building’s 24/7 doorman.

As with all New York City parking garages, we are obliged to charge 18.375% in sales tax. Notwithstanding, UPB Properties maintains a pricing policy whereby our rates are always equal to or lower than those of other local parking facilities. New York City residents are eligible for a tax deduction of 8 percent; please contact the garage manager for assistance and municipal application forms.
